Independent Contractor Agreement

Please note that the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and any attachments are the exclusive property of Ashby & Graff Real Estate (The Company) and that you (The Recipient) will be required to provide a valid email address to view the ICA.

The Recipient understands that the information deemed confidential is of value to the Company and shall hold all information at the same level of confidentiality as personal information is held. The Recipient shall under no circumstances modify or copy confidential information that is made available to them. The obligations of this non disclosure agreement shall survive indefinitely including through termination or conclusion of this agreement.
