If we are not members of an Association of Realtors or MLS that you currently belong to and you would like us to join you would need to email us at info@ashbygraff.com to request we join. You will be responsible for the brokerage membership fees for the first year. Brokerage membership fees vary by Association but are typically less than your fees because we do not need to pay the dues portion to the state and national Associations. If you decide to move forward with having us join your Association of choice than you will qualify for reimbursement of the fees you paid for our first year of membership if you are able to recruit agents from the same Association or MLS to join A&G. For each agent that joins we will reimburse you 33% of the fees you paid, up to 100%. So if you recruit 3 agents then we will reimburse you for 100% of those fees. |
