We have several different commission plans for agents to choose from. You can view all of our plans and sign up online at https://www.joinashbygraff.com

Our base plan has no monthly fees and charges agents $899 per transaction plus our $145 E&O/Risk Management fee.* 

All of our plans include the $145 E&O/Risk Management fee.*

You may select a plan with a monthly fee in exchange for a lower per transaction cost. 

For example, if you pay $25 per month then your transaction fee drops from $999 to $699. 

Paying $150 per month lowers your transaction fee to just $399.

*E&O/Risk Management Fee of $145 covers properties up to $1,000,000 in sales price. Properties sold for more than $1,000,000 will be subject to additional E&O/Risk Management fees of $75 per $100,000 over the initial $1,000,000.
