We specialize in 100% commission splits for agents. So instead of the brokerage keeping 25 or 30% of their commission we just charge a flat fee per closed transaction. As a result we don't offer many of the services provided by traditional real estate brokers - no office, etc. We would rather pay our agents more commission and allow them to decide how to spend their own money. We have plans for agents at all stages of their career - from plans without any monthly fees to plans that collect a modest monthly fee in return for a reduced transaction fee.
