We offer Transaction Coordinator assistance for $495. You are not required to use our TC and are welcome to use your own. You can request TC service when you report in a new transaction at www.updatebroker.com.

The fee for TC service on dual agency transactions is $595.

What Does the Transaction Coordinator Do?

The TC will manage your documents including uploading to the portal, they assist with obtaining signatures, and they assist with ensuring contractual timelines are followed. Using our TC service also guarantees that you get paid direct through escrow at close.
