New Agent Mentoring

Agents who have never closed a real estate transaction will be assigned a mentor for the entirety of their first transaction. After the first successfully closed transaction the agent will not be required to use a mentor but the agent may request it at their discretion. 

Agents assigned a mentor will have access to the following:

• Weekly mentoring sessions (scheduled by agent as needed).
• Ability to contact your mentor 7-days a week. 
• Regular email check-ins from your mentor with helpful tips and reminders.
• Unlimited free access to training courses available at https://www.ashbygraffacademy.club/ (promo code provided).
• 1-hour on-demand video reviewing how to properly complete the Residential Purchase Agreement.
• FREE Transaction Coordinator - a $495 value - on your first transaction (available upon request.)

New Agent Mentoring fee is $1399.
