How Do I Change Commission Plans?

Except in the month of January approved change requests will require a payment of $250 before the change takes effect. Sales associates and brokers may only change their commission plan free of charge during the month of January. Commission plan changes are not retroactive and do not apply to currently pending transactions. The change fee is non-refundable and not able to be prorated. Likewise, any fees you paid on a previous plan are unable to be refunded or prorated except in rare circumstances requiring written manager approval.
