How to Partner With Another Agent to Represent a Buyer

Answer: This is permitted as long as the proper paperwork is completed. You should complete form ACS - Agent Commission Sharing Agreement - with the other agent. And then you will also need to add form ABA - Additional Broker Acknowledgement - on every transaction that you work on together.
