Question: Do you have an Affiliated Business Disclosure form? What about any other brokerage specific forms?

We do not have an affiliated business disclosure. The only brokerage specific form required during a transaction is the TAF form. The form is available in the digital checklist you are provided after reporting in a transaction at www.updatebroker.com
