Brokerage Name on Checks

Question: I have a commission check to send to the brokerage but it is made out to Ashby & Graff, not Ashby & Graff Real Estate. Is this acceptable?

Answer: We can accept brokerage commission checks made payable to the following names:

  • Ashby & Graff
  • Ashby & Graff Real Estate
  • Ashby & Graff RE
  • Graff Real Estate
  • Graff Real Estate, Inc.
  • Any iteration of the above

As long as the check references any of the above we will be able to accept the check.
