Preferred Mortgage Lender?

Question: Does the brokerage have an affiliated or preferred mortgage company we can use?

We do have an affiliated mortgage lender, Clear Oak Mortgage (NMLS 1965960 Licensed by the CA Dept. of Real Estate 02041450)

However your client can always use whomever they prefer, we don't require they use any service. If you do recommend Clear Oak Mortgage to a client you must provide an affiliated business disclosure notifying your client of the ownership relationship between Ashby & Graff Real Estate and Clear Oak Mortgage.

When recommending service providers to clients it is always a best practice to make at least 3 suggestions and allow the client to make the ultimate decision.
