How are Lease Transactions Handled?

We charge either your normal fee or 10% (whichever is LESS). So, for example, if you are on our Deal Maker plan at $549 transaction fee and you collect a rental commission of $3900, we would charge 10% or $390. If your rental commission was $8900 we would charge your normal fee of $549.
